• Children: beginners (level green) to advanced (level red) groups meet at the Young Eagle in front of Hotel Sonnenburg
• Children (level black)and teen groups (level black/white) : outside the Ski School
• Snowboard: outside the Ski School
• Adults: outside the Ski School
• Private lessons: on agreement, pick-up at the hotel

No, every participant needs to purchase a valid ski pass. Information available here.

We cannot promise that your children will be in the same group. If your children are at the same performance level however, there is usually no problem in signing them up for the same group.

We offer the possibility for children to have lunch with the ski instructor. You, as parents, can decide each day whether you want us to supervise your child at midday.

If your child participates at lunch care, please give the ski instructor 15.00 Euro for lunch. 

No, if you have booked a course, there is no possibility to postpone or cancel the course in case of bad weather or other events. Course cancellations due to weather conditions (force majeure) will not be refunded.

In general yes, if there is an instructor available during the desired time. You will have to pay the difference between the group course fee and cost of the private lessons.

The average group size under 8 people. We always try however, also in your interest, to organise groups with as little participants as possible.

Upon presentation of a medical certificate (hospital or local doctor), you will be refunded the difference for non-used course days.
