Learn to ski in Oberlech

Skiing is like swimming or cycling: The best way to learn it is as a child! Oberlech could have been created simply to introduce the really little ones to winter sports. Oberlech is traffic-free, is located in the heart of the skiing area and the sun shines here more often and for longer than in any other resort on the Arlberg. The Petersbodenbahn lift in Oberlech and the descents are particularly suitable for children.

Our course offer

Children older than two years of age, but still too young for the slopes make their first winter sports attempts in the Oberlech Children’s Club, where they can let off steam playing in the snow with the supervisors. Children older than three and a half years of age can take part in a children’s ski course. For teenagers we offer teens courses and there is also even a course for young free-riders. However, the allocation to courses is dictated more by ability than by age.

Of course, as well as our group courses for children and teenagers we also offer private lessons for particularly individual supervision.

The weekly highlight - our ski race

A ski race is organised every Friday. In the mornings the participants train with their ski instructors and learn the right technique for skiing through the gates. Every child receives a prize and a certificate.

The following applies to all our children’s courses: It is immensely important to the employees at the Oberlech Ski School that you and your family can enjoy a care-free and above all restorative holiday.
